Sempera is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter with 0-3 years of experience. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment where you have independence and support from leadership, this is the job for you!!
- Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and evaluating IT professionals
- Must be able to build, foster and grow long term relationships with candidates and network
- Ability to attend multiple monthly networking groups, meetups and/or meetings
- Possess an interest in understanding technology terminology and job requirements
- Must be knowledgeable and conversant in general HR concepts
- 0-3 years of IT recruiting experience training provided
- High energy, motivated, articulate, confident self-starter
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Use of MS Office and social media
