Qualifications

• Strong Automation, SCCM, Power shell scripting background
• Expertise in compute resource allocation, performance tuning, capacity planning, and scalable infrastructure deployment
• Extensive experience managing physical and virtual servers using technologies like VMware and Hyper-V
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server OS installation, configuration, and management
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, DHCP, DNS, IIS, and file/print services
• Expertise with Windows security practices such as patch management, firewall configuration, and access control
• Some experience configuring and managing switches, routers, and firewalls
• Hands-on experience with VMware or Hyper-V for deploying, managing, and optimizing virtual environments to ensure system performance and high availability
