Sempera is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter with 0 – 3 years of experience.
- Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and evaluating IT professionals
- Must be able to build, foster and grow long term relationships with candidates and network
- Ability to attend multiple monthly networking groups, meetups and/or meetings
- Possess an interest in understanding technology terminology and job requirements
- Must be knowledgeable and conversant in general HR concepts
- 0-3 years of IT recruiting experience – training provided
- High energy, motivated, articulate, confident self-starter
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Use of MS Office and social media
Compensation includes a base salary, comprehensive benefits, and an aggressive commission program.
